S-DIAT Signal Interference with Plasma TV

Recently there is a case on our Home Theatre System with the interference on the Plasma TV. Since some Plasma TVs have very high frequency and affect our wireless transmission (S-DIAT).

It is also a chance of promoting benefit of LCD technology, and our BRAVIA TV!

• S-DIAT Wireless Transmission affected by some Plasma TV;
• Some plasma TVs have infrared (IR) rays pass through the color filter of the Plasma panel;
• High frequency released from the Plasma affect the rear speaker wireless transmission;
• As a result, IR emitted from Plasma interfered the signal transmitted to the rear speaker;
• Solutions provided to customer is to suggest them to connect the rear speaker by cable;
• Not all plasma TV will affect S-DIAT system.
